1. In the navigation sidebar, click + Create New
  2. Select Access Group
  3. Enter a title for the access group in the Name field
  4. Select an Access Level from the drop-down menu

     → Click Next

     5. Review Products

     Optional:

  • select titles from your MediaStore library in the Products field1 and use the checkboxes to include/exclude associated assets2
  • enable Include descendants to add sub-products (e.g., all episodes in a season) and/or include all future descendants
  • enable Include unpublished assets to allow access group members to view all associated assets (present and future), including those at Private or Company level
  • enable Permit asset download to let access group users export directly from the client UI

      → Click Next

     6. Review Assets

     Optional:

  • select files from your MediaStore library in the Assets field1
  • enable Permit download to let access group members export directly from the client UI

     → Click Next

     7. Add Contacts and/or Organizations to share the access group with3

     8. Review Settings

     Optional:

  • set an Expiry date for the access group

     → Click Next

     10. Review Summary and click Create to finish
